Zeroradius offers web development, design, branding, SEO, and related digital services. Service details, scope, timelines, and fees will be outlined in a separate proposal, contract, or agreement between Zeroradius and the client.

Payments & Invoicing

  • All fees and payment schedules are agreed upon in advance.
  • Payments must be made as per the agreed milestones.
  • Late payments may result in suspension or delay of services.
  • All prices are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise.

Intellectual Property

  1. All materials, content, and code developed for clients remain the property of Zeroradius until full payment is received.
  2. Once payment is cleared, ownership rights (except for third-party licenses, stock assets, and open-source components) are transferred to the client.
  3. Zeroradius retains the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate, complete information and content required for project execution.
  • Ensuring they own or have rights to any content, images, or materials supplied.
  • Reviewing and approving deliverables in a timely manner.

Third-Party Tools & Services

We may use third-party tools, plugins, or software as part of our services. Zeroradius is not responsible for changes, limitations, or issues caused by these third-party providers.

Warranties & Limitations of Liability

  • We strive to deliver high-quality services but do not guarantee specific outcomes such as search engine rankings or conversion rates.
  • Zeroradius is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all sensitive business, financial, and project information shared during the course of the project.

Termination

  • Either party may terminate a project with written notice if the other party breaches these Terms.
  • Fees for completed work and expenses up to the termination date remain payable.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or revise these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
