Services

Zeroradius provides digital services including strategy, design, development, optimisation, and support. Specific deliverables, scope, timelines, fees, and dependencies are defined in separate proposals, statements of work, contracts, or written agreements.

Payments and Invoicing

• Fees, schedules, and milestones are agreed before project work begins unless stated otherwise in writing.
• Payments are due according to the agreed proposal, contract, or invoice terms.
• Late payment may result in work delays, access restrictions, or suspension of services until the account is brought current.
• Unless stated otherwise, quoted fees do not include applicable taxes, duties, or payment processing charges.

Intellectual Property

• Work created for a client remains the property of Zeroradius until all agreed payments are received in full.
• Once full payment is cleared, ownership of the final approved deliverables transfers to the client, excluding third-party tools, licensed assets, templates, fonts, stock resources, and open-source components that remain subject to their own licence terms.
• Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Zeroradius may display completed work in its portfolio, case studies, or marketing materials.

Client Responsibilities

To keep a project moving well, clients are responsible for providing the information and approvals required for delivery.

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely project information, assets, credentials, and feedback.
• Ensure they own or have permission to use any content, media, trademarks, or materials they supply.
• Review deliverables and provide approvals, revisions, or decisions within a reasonable timeframe.

Third-Party Tools and Services

Our work may involve third-party platforms, plugins, APIs, payment services, hosting tools, or software providers. Zeroradius is not responsible for outages, policy changes, pricing changes, or limitations introduced by those third parties.

Warranties and Liability

• We aim to deliver thoughtful, high-quality work, but we do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as rankings, traffic, conversions, or revenue growth unless explicitly agreed in writing.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zeroradius is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
• Any total liability related to a claim is limited to the amount the client paid for the specific service giving rise to that claim.

Confidentiality

Both Zeroradius and the client should treat confidential business, financial, technical, and project information shared during an engagement as private, except where disclosure is required by law or necessary to perform the agreed work.

Termination

• Either party may terminate a project or service arrangement with written notice if the other party materially breaches the agreement and does not resolve the issue within a reasonable period.
• On termination, the client remains responsible for paying for completed work, approved milestones, and reimbursable costs incurred up to the termination date.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will update this page and revise the last-updated date accordingly.
